specially for students who are new to
yoga and my teaching format as well as students who
are returning after time away.
The course guides
you step-by-step from the ground up thru the process
of learning and practicing yogic breathing and postures
safely and effectively so you can practice and enjoy the
benefits of yoga for life.
In this six-class
series you’ll learn how to breathe, move and use your
body as well as address life's stresses, challenges
and your injuries so that you become the whole and
empowered person you want to be.
