"Intermediate Course"

The Intermediate Course is designed to build on "Beginner/Refresher Course" and take you deeper into your inner journey.  Postures are held longer than in the entry level classes. 

New postures and sequences are added: twisting postures and sequences, building and developing inversions and arm balancing postures.

Monday July 21, Wednesday July 23

Monday July 28, Thursday July 31

4:30 - 6 PM 

please arrive 10 minutes prior to class time, bring a yoga sticky mat and a medium size towel or second yoga mat, and a strap

Refund Policy - there are no refunds unless class is cancelled.  No make-up classes.  Your registration is for your the above (6) class times.  Missed classes are non refundable.  Unused classes will not be refunded or credited towards another class, workshop or future sessions.

Prerequisites:

Currently have a practice or attend classes at least twice weekly, move fluidly in Sun Salutations, Lunges and Standing Postures.

  • Registration must have a minimum of 10 students

What you need to bring to class:

  • 1 yoga stick mat and a medium to large size towel with a healthy knap or a second sticky mat
  • 1 yoga strap / belt
  • if you need elevation for sitting bring the appropriate number of yoga blankets or blocks

Please arrive 10 minutes prior to class starting time so class can begin promptly at 4:30 and end at 6:00 PM
