"Private Yoga Aspen"

Group classes are not for everyone.  Sometimes your schedule, injuries or fitness level keeps you from following the normal progression of a group class.  You may not be comfortable in a group setting.  Or you simply enjoy the luxury, scheduling and depth of one on one instruction.  

When you choose an instructor you want to make sure they understand your challenges, objectives and your lifestyle.  You want a teacher who has compassion and can meet you at your level.  A teacher who has more yoga experience and knowledge than you do. 

With my private Clients we first assess your needs, abilities, goals and objectives, then determine an appropriate course of action, if any.   

Private Instruction Courses (like group courses) are for six classes.  However, they are tailored to your individual needs and designed for your level of practice. 

Courses may be scheduled: once a week for six weeks, twice weekly for three weeks, three times weekly for two weeks or a more rigorous  six day intensive.

My private clientele includes beginner, intermediate, advanced level students as well as teachers.

Six Class Course - Unless otherwise arranged, private courses correspond weekly with my group courses. 

Individual Sessions -  Given the available time slots I also work with individuals vacationing or visiting Aspen on a short term basis and regular students desiring a single private to work more deeply on a particular issue or challenge - 90 minute minimun..

Surcharges:

I prefer private instruction to be one-on-one.  However, where students levels of experience and fitness are closely matched I will teach additional students or a "Private Group".  Add $50 per additional person.

Where?  In your residence if you reside inside Aspen City limits otherwise in my studio space.  Outside the Aspen City limits to Snowmass there a $50 surcharge. 

Long Distance Telephone Instruction:  I also work long distance via telephone with students I've worked with extensively! 

Cancellation and Make-up Policy:  All Private Instruction has a 48 hour cancellation policy.  Cancel outside of 48 hours and there is no charge.  Cancel within 48 hours, full charge.  If I cancel within 48 hours your next private class is free!  (I have cancelled once in 11 years).  To discuss your needs, objectives and course of instruction call 970.366.2947
